Yes, as seen from the letter above, I’ve been so called selected as one of the top 30 participants for Sony Alpha’s Double Exposure web reality show. I think I was picked from the waiting/rejected/watever-u-call-that list because I didn’t attend the 2nd audition last Sunday lolol!

Okay back to the topic, it’s Day 1 of Double Exposure earlier today. We were divided into pairs and each pair gets a Sony Alpha a300 gear ON LOAN throughout the competition. This whole day was a crash course seminar thingy by George.

Okay Double Exposure post finish. From tomorrow onwards, participants are not allowed to snap photos during the competition. So, shall wait till the airing of the show only can blog about it again.

Ohh anyway, remember I mentioned in the previous post that I missed the second audition for the Double Exposure reality show? Sony called me and suprisingly the Sony guy said I’m in the Top 30 already.

Like wth?!? How did i managed to get into Top 30 ahah! But nevermind laa. Can gain experience. Learn more stuff. But then not that I could beat the other 29 pros laar. It’s not even a month since I bought my DSLR. lolol. So tomorrow gonna attend their seminar thingy. Will blog about it after the whole seminar ends on Monday.

Yes! just finished my research assignment. Left one more short film assignment to do this semester! and then it’s my finals and yaadaaa! End of foundation! Wait for degree next year! Nyaahahhahah!~

Anyway today I’m gonna blog two days activities in the same post. Trying to cut short it. Malas laa want to split into different posts and stuff. lolol.

So yaa. Saturday went for the Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival ’08 in Berjaya Times Square.

Met some friends and saw quite a few familiar and unfamiliar faces.

Jason Ong, E Way, Suetmei, Chrysler, Ewin, SmashpOp, and blablabla the list goes on.

On that day itself, Sony Alpha was holding an audition for Double Exposure reality tv show. So I decided to try it out.

And yes, I made it thru the first round of the audition on Saturday. I was supposed to come back again on Sunday for the second round of audition but I missed it. I came a bit late and missed the first batch of audition already. and i had to go for the Sony Alpha Photography workshop later on so didn’t turn up for the second batch of the audition. Too bad then. Ahah!

Ohh Sony Alpha Photography workshop was okay. Eventhough i already knew about 70-80% of the stuff they taught during the workshop, it’s still beneficial larr.
