Back to the topic! On the fifth day of Chinese New Year 2009, a bunch of us ex-Johannians decided to have a CNY makan-makan before hopping onto ChunRen’s place at night for some gambling & chill out session. Thus, managed to book 3 tables @ Unique Seafood Restaurant, Setapak.

We ordered the CNY menu set for every table.
And what dishes did they served us?

Hahaha the aftermath like this lor. xD

Overall, i think the food was not bad but i doubt the food served to us was worth the bill we paid. Maybe it was just because of the CNY festive season and not the usual days usual menu, maybe…

ADV: SurfLoft.com – Surfing Never Ends Here

Surfing Never Ends Here

That’s the tagline for SurfLoft.com

It’s a technology based website recently introduced to me by the website owner himself. So I’m just helping him to promote sikit sikit laa.

If you’re a person who’s a tech enthusiast or maybe tech enthusiast wannabe/in-the-making, SurfLoft.com is a great website for you. It has the latest tech news published on the website and also acts as a discussion forum as well.

One of the noteworthy features in this website is the SOS function. If you’re a regular forum member, you might have encountered situations like you’re in need of urgent advice or help that you posted some important questions. But in the end, what you got is some not-so-helpful replies or spams.
But with the SOS feature @ SurfLoft.com, anything you asked will be replied appropriately and the members of SurfLoft.com will try their best to help you out if it’s possible.
Example: How To Lock A File/Folder?

Another thing is the point system. It’s kinda similar with the post count system on other forums which is to recognize the “senior” of the user, the activeness of the user and to appreciate their effort. But in SurfLoft.com, the point system varies in terms of the importance of your posting and also the section where you posted. So means you’ll gain more points if your reply is a well said one or a real good solution for the SOS discussion section.

Want to take a break from all the tech stuff discussions? There’s also the Lepak Loft section @ SurfLoft.com. All the non-tech-related stuff are all in there. You can discuss whatever things possible there ranging from football, movies, directions to go KLIA, anime, songs, etc etc…

Although the website is still new, but it’s coming up real soon seeing that there are quite a number of active members in the discussion forum already. Overall, the website is improving and it’s well informative for most tech users. Personally I would recommend this site to those tech freaks out there.
So, come join the community, help SurfLoft.com expand! Cheers! (=

Quoted from wiki:
The dish is served as an appetizer to raise ‘good luck’ for the new year. Families and friends gather around the table and, on cue, proceed to toss the shredded ingredients into the air with chopsticks while saying auspicious wishes out loud to mark the start of a prosperous new year and it’s customary that the higher you toss, the greater your fortunes.

So, who wanna go toss yee sang again? ahahah!
