Michelangelo Restaurant Plaza Las Americas Winston Churchill and Roberto Pastoriza,Santo Domingo Dominican Republic, Great Terrace had a few bottles of wine and a Torpedo Dominican Cigar, great place for Cigar Smokers because of the terrace.
