Yup, Friendster is now owned by a Malaysian company (MOL Global). Even their logo has now changed to something new lol!
I was actually pretty surprised when i first heard the news 
I think it looks fresh compared to the previous interface and stuff, but i also think that they kinda copied a few existing social networking features and interface as well (not mentioning which but i’m sure you know)
Well anyway they had a Friendster.com relaunch here in Malaysia on the 10th December 2009 @ MOLi Cafe, Berjaya Times Square.
The event was pretty much filled with speeches and food only that’s it! (not counting mingles and pictures among people & bloggers lol) Not a really well-planned event, but hey! We get to enjoy Papa John’s Pizza and Krispy Kreme doughnuts for free that night!

But i tell you ah! Without TM Streamyx, you all won’t get to enjoy using all those web browsing, social networking sites, games and so on.. Not even Friendster tau! So yaa… Streamyx rocks lol =]
