That means only the name has changed..basically HOB is still the Japanese Restaurant.

Oh, cheap ma. So can’t blame them. Some more free flow of Baskin.
Tenji has free flow of Haagen, but the items all sucked.
This restaurant reminds me of another Japanese restaurant that has closed down, in Kompleks Antarabangsa there. Shin Nichi;s the name I think.
