ZOUKOUT 2010 was arguably the largest outdoor dance festival in the region which was held last Saturday in Siloso Beach @ Sentosa Island, Singapore. It was craaaazzzyyyyyy! According to sources, it attracted an estimated crowd of 30,000 this year in the annual dance music festival. So so so sooooo packed!
Anyway I didn’t bring my camera to ZOUKOUT 2010 + phone was out of battery (means no camera at all), thus all the pictures here were taken by feeqsays.com woots!
Getting ready for ZOUKOUT!
ZOUKOUT started from 8PM and lasted until 8AM. Of course we didn’t stayed for all 12 hours, crazy wey! But for some hardcore partygoers, they didn’t mind dancing through the night as famous DJs like Tiesto, David Guetta and many more played their songs at the event.
Fireworks was awesome, lasted for quite awhile there. If i’m not mistaken it happened before Tiesto came out? About 3am lol.
And too bad we didn’t stayed until the end… Tiesto‘s slot was 3AM-5AM, David Guetta‘s slot was 5AM-7AM… didn’t get to catch David Guetta rocking down the beach… we left halfway through Tiesto‘s spin… not that we wanted to leave earlier, but by the time we left the crowd all of us were already looking like a half dead corpse
There you go, we managed to brave through the 30,000 crowd and took a rest by the ‘beach’ lol. And during ZOUKOUT was the only time i see people in Singapore simply throwing stuff on the floor without fearing of getting caught. Even though the beach was full of trash, they still can’t beat Malaysian beaches in terms of dirtiness hahaha.
See you next year ZOUKOUT 2011?
Might blog about the rest of the Singapore trip soon as well, see how la k
