Maybank and American Express celebrated its Maybankard 2 Cards milestone achievements by hosting a celebration party at the newly renovated Aristo Bar @ Zouk KL on Tuesday. Members of the media, bloggers and other guests including prize winners of the card’s online challenge were invited to witness the joy. During the celebration party @ Zouk KL, we were treated with cuisines and treated to a fun-filled night with entertainment.

Since the Maybankard 2 cards debut in January 2011, Maybank have achieved another remarkable milestone of more than 200,000 cards acquired as of 30 June 2011 that accounts for about 14% of the banks’ total card base. Have you watched Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon movie? Good right good right??! But damn, it was a better experience for some of the bloggers courtesy of Chevrolet Malaysia. If you read my Roll Out with Chevrolet post last two weeks, we were invited for a STAR treatment on the day of Transformers 3 premier screening!

The bloggers were chauffeured in Chevrolet Captiva from the pick-up point until Mid Valley Megamall – the destination of Chevrolet Malaysia‘s Transformers 3 premier screening on June 28, 2011. We collected our tickets & goodie bags at the counter and proceeded to buy popcorn n drinks. What I didn’t know was that they had already provided free popcorns & drinks for every seat in the cinema; that’s something I didn’t expect because not all premier screening are as generous as Chevrolet Malaysia‘s. So practically we had extra popcorns that we bought ourselves, but thanks for the free popcorn n drinks anyway lol!

So we spent 2-3 hours in the cinema, the movie was quite long but it was awesome! They could have made the movie shorter tho, abit draggy at some parts. But anyway once we finished our movie, we were ushered straight to Amarin Heavenly Thai restaurant for our STAR treatment complimentary dinner. It was awesome as well, delicious food (also because I like Thai food too) and practically sums up a day full of awesomeness.
