SONY TX5 @ SUNWAY LAGOON

It was a last minute thing; the day before the event happened last week, gotten a call from Advertlets and was asked to attend My Water Moments with Sony TX5 event @ Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Surf Beach. I was just recovering from fever + sore throat so was still contemplating, but it was worth it afterall! Fun and fruitful event by Sony woohooo :D

Sunway Lagoon

Sony TX5 My Water Moments

It was held at Mali Cove, Sunway Lagoon.

Sony TX5 Camera

It was an event to promote the awareness of the latest Sony TX5 camera through various outdoor wet station games lol.

Sony TX5 Games

Underwater Camera

To prove the worthiness and capabilities of the Sony TX5, they had various games set up according to the camera resistance features – shock proof, dust proof, temperature proof, and water proof just like how we took the underwater shot above using the Sony TX5 camera!

Aside from all these above, some other notable features about this camera are Handheld Twilight, Intelligent Sweep Panaroma, 25mm wide angle Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, etc…

Sony Cybershot TX5

At the end of the day, the Sony TX5 wet day out at Sunway Lagoon was worth the trouble waking up early on a Saturday morning; my team managed to win second place out of all 25 teams competing and gotten ourselves a Sony Bloggie camera worth RM899 each!

Sony TX5 Winners

Anyone wants the white Sony Bloggie? :)

Sony Bloggie

All in all, I would like to thank Sony for inviting us Advertlets bloggers to an awesome wet outing! Looking forward to more of this kinda event in future! :)

ITALK IDD PROMOTION (RAMADHAN)

It’s the month of Ramadhan and Aidilfitri! In conjunction with that, iTalk by TM is offering special international IDD call rates to three selected countries from as low as 9 cents per 30 seconds call! The countries involved with this promotion would be Bangladesh, Indonesia as well as Pakistan! Thus if you have any friends or workers from these countries, do spread this good news to them! Promotion is starting from 10th August 2010 – 30th September 2010.

iTalk IDD Rates

Okay, I know not many of you reading this would be from the three countries mentioned above. However, TM iTalk also has some good deeds for ALL iTalk users out there too!

Starting from 1st September 2010 – 31st October 2010, ANY iTalk users who activate their iTalk will be rewarded 20% FREE iTalk talktime! How cool is that?

iTalk Rates

So now, don’t sulk just because there are only three countries mentioned above having special IDD rates from iTalk and it doesn’t allow you to call friends from other countries with special rates. Well in a way, you can make use of the 20% FREE iTalk talktime and treat it as a compensation for the special rates mentioned! Make sense, right?

:)
