One of the notable new features for the MacBook Pro 2011 is the introduction of Intel’s Light Peak technology, rebranded as Thunderbolt (providing data transfer speeds of 10Gb per second — with speeds of up to 100Gb/s in the future). Apart from that, there is the latest Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, FaceTime HD camera, SDXC slot, Intel HD3000 graphics (15-inch & 17-inch models might be paired with AMD ATi Graphics instead of Intel).

To be honest, if i was aiming for the 13-inch model i would think it’s a downgrade if there’s no discrete graphics. Sandy Bridge Intel HD3000 graphics is only slightly better than G310M, definitely below GT320M from the previous MacBook Pro. And how could MacBook Air have higher resolution than MacBook Pro 13-inch lol?

Now.. i can’t wait for the official announcement to see if the leaked specs above are genuine. Can’t wait to try the best mac casinos online on my future MacBook Pro / Hackintosh! Well I am still pondering whether to build a Hackintosh rig to save money + higher specs OR to get MacBook Pro for the portability. What do you think?

It was our (theUPfilms) first try on producing an action genre film. Not because we wanted to, but we were participating in the 48 Hour Film Project with 38 other teams last weekend. Every team were given random genre and we (unfortunately?) got HEIST!

Didn’t really turn out the way we expected it to be. Thus, we’re not even sure if we’re gonna upload the video online because it’s so hideous like that haha.

Blog was on hiatus these few days because i was busy and couldn’t find any internet access. Assigned to my second wedding photography assignment in Klang & Kuantan, stayed at the hotel by the beach during the weekends. It was a fruitful experience as my first wedding photography job was actually quite long ago. One thing I would like to point out is that my newly bought camera Sony a33 is NOT really suitable to do this kinda wedding shoots (ask me personally and i’ll tell you my own reasons). And then I was asked to handle another person’s Canon 5Dmk2 as well but without flash; well you could already predict what’s the outcome you see…

One fine day, I brought Danbo back home and introduced it to the real world.

Eventually, I did not have much time to play around with it and Danbo was being lonely ever since I brought him back.

He wanted a new owner but I didn’t have the time to find Danbo a new owner also. Thus, he hesitated…

… and attempted to jump down from the top of the building tupperware!! :O

HELP?!

Hahaha, okay straight to the point… I have a mini Danbo for sale, it was shipped all the way from Japan (not available in Malaysia retail stores). Since it’s being underused, I wanna get some money back hehe.

Let me know if you’re interested? Don’t let Danbo jump down from the tupperware, please? Rescue him! Lawl.
