Hey, I’m Bryan.

a builder-operator helping small teams put together the people and systems that actually work.

I spent 13 years building a creative agency in Malaysia, growing it to a team of 30 people and working with 100+ brands. Now based in Australia, I’m continuing to build things on my own out of curiosity, while helping others do the same.

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Now based in Perth, Australia.
Full-time husband and dad to a little boy.
I’m a jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.
I’m an introvert who keeps choosing to do extrovert things.
I crave stability, but somehow, uncertainty motivates me to prove to myself that I can overcome it.

I’m building an app to solve my own problem. If you have a habit of saving or bookmarking things, this might be for you. (launching soon, stay tuned!)
I’m building a founder toolkit for small business and agency owners. If “busy” is your favourite word, you might wanna keep an eye out.
Outside of my own projects, I’m also helping agencies and brands manage some of theirs.

Started out as a freelance videographer and editor.
Co-founded a video production company, while also growing a YouTube channel to over 500K subscribers.
Took on more producer and director roles for commercial and social media content, before eventually passing the creative baton to my team and shifting my focus to business growth and operations.
Launched Blankslate: a creative agency that has worked with 100+ international and local brands across social media content, marketing campaigns, commercials and influencer work.
Since moving to Australia, I’ve also worked with two different agencies here in Perth.

Project Management: helping you get things done by bringing the right people together.
Consulting & Mentorship: helping with agency operations, people and team management, business, marketing and AI adoption.
Video Production: helping you plan, shoot and produce content for your business.
